• Add a pinch of sugar while cooking green pea. it will help to retain the green color.
  • To make crispy dosa add a teaspoon of toordal and a pinch of methi seeds to the grinding mixture.
  • No more tears while slicing onion. cut the onion it in to 2 piece and keep it in the freezer for 5mins before slicing .
  • You can also soak the onion in water for few mins and slice.
  • Switch on the fan while slicing onion.
