Apple-cider vinegar as energy booster

When you feel tired take a bowl of warm water and add few tsp of ACV, soak your feet in the water mixture and relax.

Splash 1 cup of water mixed with 2 tbs of ACV on your face when you feel sleepy and tired.


Apple-cider vinegar for blocked pores

Clean your skin and apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball. ACV
helps flush out the pores and keeps the skin looking beautiful. Vinegar acts as an astringent and helps remove excess oil, kills bacteria, and normalizes the skin's pH. This remedy should work quickly.

Heat three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water in a pot over the stove. Once the vinegar and water start steaming, turn off the stove. Steam your face over the pot using a towel draped over your head. After a few minutes of steaming, dab some apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and pat it on your face to remove any loosened dirt. Gently remove blackheads using a tissue and light pressure. Rinse with lukewarm water and then spray or pat chilled apple cider vinegar to close the pores. Remember, to fix skin problems with apple cider vinegar, steam your face with diluted vinegar, remove excess dirt and close your pores with a spritz of cold apple cider vinegar

Apple-cider vinegar hair rinse

Mix together half cup of apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of warm water.
After you have finished shampooing massage it
gently with this
solution on your scalp and in to the roots.
Wash it off with warm water.
Your hair will feel softer shinier bouncier and dandruff free with this home made hair rinse.

Apple-cider vinegar for Acne

Mix a tsp of ACV with 2tsps of green tea.
Green Tea is packed with antioxidants to fight the aging process and this will give your skin an extra boost because of the caffeine content. This is then applied to the skin with a cotton pad. ACV is an excellent natural skin tonic alternative to expensive products. You must moisturize afterwards otherwise you may be uncomforatble with the drying effect.

Apple-cider vinegar for weight loss

1cup ACV 1cup honey and 8 cloves of garlic mix the ingredients in a blender. Pour the mixture in to a glass container. Seal and leave in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Normal dosage is 2 tsp in 1/2 glass water or juice on empty stomach before 30 mins of breakfast.

ACV helps in balancing the PH level of the body.
It aids in improving hair growth.


Note: Apple Cider Vinegar is very acidic in nature. It may cause irritation to your skin. ACV is not recommended for sensitive skin. Always test before you apply on your face.
