• Moisturizer
As soon as you clean your face in the morning,apply a moisturizer according to your skin type.
it will help your skin from dryness and flaking. It’ll also plump up the skin and reduce the visual effects of fine lines and creases.

  • Eye cream
Eye creams are specially designed to treat the sensitive skin around your eyes.
before going to sleep apply the eye cream with your ring finger and keep it for 5 mins before washing off.


  • Facial
Facial must be done once in a month.find out the appropriate facial for your skin type with the help of your beauty consultant.you can go for an anti wrinkle or firming facial depending on your requirement .

  • Hair treatment
Massage your scalp with warm oil at least once a week.let it remain for 30 mins and wash off with a mild shampoo. always use a conditioner after shampooing. make sure you wash your hair thoroughly after conditioning and shampooing.
once in a month go for a hair spa treatment.

  • Hands

clean your hand and Apply hand and nail cream before you go to sleep. you can wear cotton gloves. once in a week massage your hand with egg white. apply almond oil on the nails and cuticle. it will help soften the cuticle and prevent from drying.
always use gloves while you work with strong detergents or chemicals.


  • Feet
Manicure is a must.do it every week by yourself and once in a month in a saloon or spa.apply oil daily before shower and use pumice stone to remove the hard skin, pat dry and apply foot cream. scrubbing the feet with rice powder or green gram powder is good and u can apply any fruit juice as mask.
