We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

Heat three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water in a pot over the stove. Once the vinegar and water start steaming, turn off the stove. Steam your face over the pot using a towel draped over your head. After a few minutes of steaming, dab some apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and pat it on your face to remove any loosened dirt. Gently remove blackheads using a tissue and light pressure. Rinse with lukewarm water and then spray or pat chilled apple cider vinegar to close the pores. Remember, to fix skin problems with apple cider vinegar, steam your face with diluted vinegar, remove excess dirt and close your pores with a spritz of cold apple cider vinegar
- Remove the existing Nail polish using a nail polish remover. Cut the nail in to square or oval shape.
- Take warm water in a bowl, add 1 spoon of mild shampoo and glycerin. Soak the hands till wrist for 10mins.
- Massage the hands gently with a hand scrub to remove the dead cell for about 3 minutes.
- Wash the hands and pat dry.Now shape the nails with a nail file. Do this only in one direction, from one corner to the other.
- Now apply almond oil and massage for few mins. Cover the hands for 5mins with a clean towel dipped in warm water.
- Apply a hand pack and rest the hands for 15mins. Clean and pat dry.
- Put on some cuticle cream and massage. you can use even olive oil instead of cuticle cream.To remove the dry cuticle, rub a cuticle stick around the nail in very small circles so that the dead cuticle is rubbed off. You can push the rest of the cuticle back.
- Clean away all the nail dust and once again wipe the nails with a nail polish remover to wipe away any oil residue.
- Brush on in 2 coats of base coat. Let it dry.
- Stick the french manicure tape strips on each nail underneath the free edge of the nail. Coat the tip and pull of the strips. Let dry. If u want you can stick nail art and Coat the nail with pink or nude nail polish. Finish with top coat for a durable french manicure.
- If you are not happy with your current shade of lipgloss, don't throw it away. You can always try a mix and match of two or more shades.
- Take the applicator out of the lipgloss and rub it on any of your favorite lipsticks. Get a good amount and insert it back in the lipgloss pull it in and out few times. Test the color. If you are not happy with the current shade repeat the process until u get your desired shade.
- If you have a clear lipgloss you can add any color to it, even a drop of red or orange food coloring for a burst of bright color. You can even give a lighter shade a deeper by this method.
- You don't have to be stuck with the shade of lipgloss you get in a pot.You can still create another shade by rubbing your finger on a shade of lipstick, then inserting it in the pot of gloss and mixing it.
I do my waxing at home. Once in a while only i get it done in saloon. l have been practicing it at home for long time.Used to get the Sleek Hot wax from India. Hot wax is less painful compared to the cold one. It softens the skin and hair. I do use the hair removing cream once in a while if i am in a hurry. Personally i don't prefer it.
- First wash the area to be waxed with soap.
- Pat it dry with a clean towel.
- Apply talcum powder.
- Test the temperature of the wax before you apply on the skin.
- Then apply a thin layer of warm wax using a spatula to the preferred area in the same direction of hair growth.
- Now cover the area with a waxing strip and press the area with hand.
- Tighten the surrounding with one hand and pull the strip with other hand.
- Always pull the strip on the opposite direction of the hair growth.
- Follow the same procedure for the rest of the area.
- Wash the waxed area, remove the wax throughly form skin.
- Pat dry and apply an antiseptic moisturizing cream.

Vatika Hot Oil Treatment
Hold the hair Dryer as far as possible. Never hold the hair dryer any closer than 12 inches from your hair. If you hold the dryer too close to your hair you risk burning your hair strands and scalp.
Use a brush with natural bristles which absorb some of the heat.
Moisturize your hair with oil frequently if you are a regular Blow Dryer user.

- Apply the pulp of a ripe banana on the cracked or dry area of the feet. keep it for 10mins and rinse and pat dry. Moisturize with a foot cream.
- Make a paste of small onion and apply it on the dry cracked area of the feet. leave it for 10-20mins and wash with warm water. pat dry and moisturize.
- Apply a mixture of glycerin and lemon juice daily on the cracked area until one finds a difference.
- Soak the feet in warm soapy water at the end of the day for about 15mins.Rinse feet and pat dry. Prepare a healing mixture with of 1 lemon juice and 1tsp of Vaseline. Rub the mixture on to the affected areas till it is thoroughly absorbed. This can be applied daily until visible results are obtained.

Short Nail Beds |

Do not wear very light or yellow tones or dull colors - they can make your skin look pale. Choose bright colors to liven up your skintone.
Medium To Wheatish Skin |
Most colors look great on this skin color especially colors in lilac and rust. Yellow and orange-based reds are great for wheatish skin.
Dusky Skin |
Can wear almost all colors except bright pinks or oranges or dull browns. Yellow and gold tones will look great on you.
- Apply a mixture of orange peel powder and curd. wash off after 15 mins.
- Grate some potatoes and squeeze out the juice apply this juice to your face. keep it for 15 mins.
- 1teaspoon of almond powder 1teaspoon lime juice and egg white. mix it well and apply on the face. massage for few mins and Keep for 15-20 mins. wash using warm water.
- Cook oats in little water add a tsp of lime juice mix well to make a thick paste. apply to face and keep for 15 mins.
- Take equal portion of lime juice & almond oil to this add 1/2tsp glycerin mix well.apply this daily.
- Take ripe papaya mash it very well add 1/2 tsp honey and add1/2tsp of fullers earth make a paste and apply on the face keep for 20 mins or until it dries. wipe off with a wet clean towel.
- Apply a mixture of turmeric and lemon juice on to your face and neck.
- One teaspoon of gram flour mixed with 1 tsp of milk and few drops of lime juice. apply on the face evenly and wash off after 15 mins.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
- Include lots of fresh vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
- Avoid fatty fried foods.
- Massage your face with olive oil or coconut oil .
- Wash your face in cold water 2-3 times daily.
- Remove all the makeups from your face before going to sleep.
- Use sunscreen always when you go out.
- Sleep at least 8hrs daily.
- Moisturizer your skin always. do not let it dry.
- Once in a week do a cleanup.
- Do not use facial scrubs daily. you can use them once in a week.
- Apply once in a week a facial pack which suits your skin type.
- Be happy and smile always.
- A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan from your face.
- Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds. Apply this in your face, leave it for five minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
- Cucumber is a natural cleanser. Mix cucumber juice with milk and use it instead of a cleanser.
- For oily skin, apply a mixture of grapes, lemon and egg white. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. While lemon acts as a natural cleanser, grapes will soften your skin and egg whites will tighten it. Don’t be alarmed if your skin tingles.
- Cut the lemon and rub the wedge all over your face. Leave it for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with cold water. This will refresh your face. Avoid doing this if you have dry skin.
- Mix honey, lemon and vegetable oil .This mixture is a good moisturiser for dry skin. Apply this mask for 10 minutes.
- Apply the mixture of honey and milk on the face . This will make your skin glow.
- Prepare a mask by mixing a slice of pumpkin with egg yolk and milk. Let this mask set on your face for 30 minutes for a glowing skin.
- Mix half-a-cup honey to your bath water for soft and smooth skin.
- For a soothing body pack, prepare a paste of mint leaves and almonds. Mix it with warm water and apply all over your body. Leave it till it dries and rinse with warm water.
- Buttermilk dabbed on skin for 15 minutes will soak up oil from your skin without drying it.
- Carrot juice applied daily fades blemishes.
- For dark underarms and neck apply lemon juice mixed with cucumber juice and a pinch of turmeric daily. Leave this on for 20 minutes.
- For removing facial hair.. Apply a sticky paste of egg white blended with sugar and corn flour. When it dries, gently peel it off. Repeat this three to four times a week.
- Thin apple slices rubbed onto oily skin will help in controlling oily shine.
- For supple skin, apply a ripe smashed banana on your face for 20 minutes daily.
- Cauliflower juice applied on warts regularly will make them fall.
- For a fair skin, try this natural bleach. Mix orange peels (sun dried and powdered) with milk. Apply this paste for 25 minutes and wash off.
- Mix half teaspoon dried curry leaf powder with multani mitti (fullers earth) and apply on the face. Wash it after it gets dry.
- Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck , wash it after 15 minutes.
- Apply the mixture of carrot juice and basin. Leave it till it dries and wash the face.
- Add two teaspoon of tomato juice with 4 teaspoon of curd and apply on the face.
- Add a pinch of yeast with 2 teaspoon of cabbage juice and apply.
- Mix 1 table spoon of barley powder with half teaspoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply it on the face and wash after 20 minutes.
- Mix pineapple juice and carrot juice together and apply it on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.
- Mix vinegar and rose water in equal quantities and apply.
- Mix curd and cucumber juice and apply it on the face.
- Apply the mixture of coconut water and thick pineapple juice.
- Make a paste with 1/2 teaspoon of milk powder, 1/4 teaspoon of egg white and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and apply on the face.
- For dry skin, Make a paste with egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice. Apply it on the neck and face, wash it out after 10 minutes.
- For oily skin, take a mixture of oatmeal and egg white and apply it on the neck and face
- For glowing skin, use basin or green gram powder mixed with milk instead of soap.
- Apply the mixture of raw turmeric and cream of milk on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. It will make your skin fair.
- Apply the mixture of honey, basin, cream of milk and olive oil as a face pack.
- Apply the paste of fenugreek with milk on the face and let it dry. Wash off with luke warm water.
Make a paste of red sandal wood and apply it on the face every day for glowing skin.
Make a paste with red sandal powder and coconut milk and apply on the face for soft skin.
- Put 3-4 neem leaf in the rice container to protect the rice from insects.
- Add few methi leafs to the wheat grains and store it.
- Make a pouch with salt and keep it inside the container where you store cookies or biscuits. It will help in retaining the crispiness of the biscuit.
- Clean the bread box with a clean cloth which is dipped in vinegar once in a week. It will help the bread from fungus.
- Store lemon in cold water. It will stay fresh longer.
